Welcome to B day (day 2) of my Kitchen ABCs! I previously shared a Brussel Sprout recipe but, I found this amazing new recipe that I think might be a new favorite for me. Literally just ate a plate full of these for lunch today! Hoping to make another B food for dinner tonight but until then, I hope you enjoy this recipe to level up your brussel sprouts!
Ingredients:
- 1 -1 1/2 lbs brussel sprouts
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
- Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees and lightly spraying a large sheet pan.
- Cut the ends off your brussel sprouts and discard. Half or quarter your brussel sprouts and place in large bowl.
- To the bowl, add melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and toss until well coated.
- Finally, pour in the panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese and toss until well coated.
- Pour bowl contents out onto baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until tender and well browned.
