Potatoes are such a versatile side for meals! My favorite is oven roasted potatoes and this recipe is flavorful and crispy. I did not set a timer when I made these potatoes, I just continuously checked them and flipped them but have estimated a time below.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 russet potatoes, washed and chopped
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp Lowry’s Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Garlic herb seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash and chop potatoes, place in pot and boil for about 10 minutes.
- Drain and place potatoes on a baking sheet with 2 tbsp drizzled with olive oil.
- Drizzle the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil on top of the potatoes and mix around to coat the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, and garlic herb seasoning.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, flip and then 15 more minutes.
- Broil on high until well browned and crispy and flip to broil on other side if you prefer. Make sure you keep a close eye, the broiler works fast! Remove and then enjoy!
