Hot Mess Kitchen

This is by far one of the best finds so far because I LOVE iced coffee! Yes… I know I am basic. Before moving into our house, Starbucks was easily on my way to work and I definitely spent way too much money on coffee. Not to mention how awful it is for you… Here is my new best friend! Even the husband approved! Just to warn you, this recipe is a wicked arm workout if you don’t use a mixer of some sort but I promise you it’s totally worth it if you like iced coffee!

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp instant coffee
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp water
• ice
• milk

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together instant coffee, sugar, and water. I used a small whisk and did it until I was able create a loose peak with it. This will take a bit of time so be patient with it.
2. Fill a glass with ice and the milk of your choice. Leave room at the top of your glass.
3. Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk and ice and mix using a spoon or straw until well combined. Enjoy! 🙂
